Stephen Steyner's Life With Kenneth Parnell

Stephen steyner was found alive in December of last year. He had been hitchhiking with kenneth parnell, a man he met while giving out religious pamphlets. The two men offered him a ride back to his family's home but drove straight past Stephen's street and said they were going to their place for a while. They then agreed that stephen could stay with them for the night. Stephen wrote a brief statement about his life with parnell which police used as part of an investigation into what may have led to his death.
