Make It Occasional, Make It Easy

Make it obvious. You know exactly what Tuesdays are about and it's at eight o'clock or whatever that consistency takes the emotion out of the process. Write emails on one day when you know you're not going to send them because then it doesn't have to be emotional. The reason I show up a lot on LinkedIn is because I like to write. So try to leverage or default to your strengths.
