The Importance of Sharing Information
There is an element of territoriality that has to be admitted. Arbitration should be the JIC and now I think it's the NSCS, where the arbitration would take place about the intelligence reports. There have been instances in the past where because of these, the competitiveness of these politicians, the intelligence falls through the crack. National security is put at risk? Well, sharing, if you don't share, then you're obviously creating problems for everybody.
