The Trade-Off Between Control and Growth

Every time you regulate another thing and limit another kind of change, I have to say you're just adding to the probability that we won't grow. That's how I think you should think of your choice. You're making more controlled growth in the scenarios where you do grow,. But a few smaller fraction of the time, are you growing? Right. So now it just seems to me like, well, there's some kind of a trade-off between how much control we have and how much growing we're going to do.
