How to Motivate Others to Work

I try to not ask for other people that I wouldn't ask of myself. One of my best APMs ever was just 55 hours a week. It's really about how do you manage yourself. How do you avoid feeling burned out or resentful yourself? If you can manage that, you can work arbitrarily hard for arbitrarily long periods of time as long as you're getting what you need.
