How to Maintain Competence in Emergency Medicine
There's some EM docs who slowly decrease their clinical shift load for the last 10 years of their career. And I've always thought that doing anything less than about eight shifts a month, it would be near impossible to keep your clinical skills up to the point where you'd feel like you're really doing a good job. How do you suggest we maintain competence while decreasing clinical load in EM?
