The Importance of Decision Theory

Decisions happen there must be a theory of how they happen right um you might think that if the values are large enough it's best not to model the decision as a decision. That's why some people think decision theory only works for medium size decisions not for the really big ones and also not for thereally small ones when the two choices presumably you mean traditional decision theory because these are decisions of presumably some decision theory applies to them  It would just have to be a different decision theory i mean decided process is like a learning process but it's still a decision so there that's a theory of the decision, I don't think so.
