There is more in common with customer experience than there is difference. A lot of people i know that worki i the service as in space, will l regularly design phone call waiting systems. If you look at a brand like zappos,. zappos have amazing customer service. Customers love them. And one of the reasons is because they are not allowed to have any call waiting times. People will be on the phone with customers for an hour or two, if that is what's needed to solve the problem. At the end of the day, their customers write in and say, 'Thank you. I've never felt so looked after in my life'
