Is There a Weaponized Immigration Policy?

There was that big fifth circuit court case that slapped down Twitter and Facebook at Google recently, which has been challenged by another circuit apparently. But my hope is the Supreme Court will uphold the fifth circuit because if those corporations get their way precisely, you can't have your state banks. Right, there's no such thing as sovereignty because they have info control. Okay. Weaponized immigration. What about this? Are we talking here for the US? I keep being told by Americans that the borders are open. They're just wide open. And you have millions just pouring across. You wouldn't have the problems unless that were true. right.
