Investors use metrics to make binary decisions about Park Capital and this company versus that one. Operators are trying to use metrics that allow them to make day-to-day decisions. Average GMV or sales per account is an excellent metric when you're looking at how big the market is. But for a CFO, there's no single stakeholder action I can take within my company.
