Email Boundaries - The Hardest Priority
You might value boundaries as the highest priority for email because you have to be on email a lot for work. Sometimes we create boundaries against our own decisions and sometimes they are for someone else's decisions. In both cases, I think this is the hardest prioritization to consistently handle with kindness and consistency. You could in certain scenarios, you could talk with your supervisor about expectations around email.
