There's an interesting parallel that comes to mind when you mentioned this about how did everyone and so many people go from not. How did they all take the whole story hook line and sinker? We were all Catholic before Vatican to but then again, where we mean you have to be scientifically deficient in your understanding of how things work. Think about that with a regard to the church and Catholics who just took Vatican to hookline and sinker. It's everybody just sat there and took it.
