We have one diet culture, all of these diet programs telling us that under eating should be enough when in actuality, it definitely isn't. We also have marketing from foods that we buy at the grocery store saying, okay, hey, this is a meal, even though it really doesn't have enough sustenance in there. It's quite possible that you might have some skewed ideas on what enough food is. So it's really important to work on unlearning that and challenging some of your beliefs around food.
