Harry feels guilty because he thinks maybe he ought to have been placed in sutheran im there's no way that this makes sense, right? Because it wasn't his responsibility to sort. It was the hat's responsibility. And so that's just another way for us to think about how social pressure leads to people feeling guilty when they've done nothing wrong.
