Adult Acne - What Is Your First Step?

As an esthetician for 30 years, I see a lot of adult acne. Women are more likely to get adult acne than men because women's hormones kind of dial up with age. Menstrual cycle breakouts occur right before you get your menstrual cycle. So the skin gets puffier which is why it's like people's pants aren't tight enough. And when the poor can begin to stay lodged in the poor then that can be very dangerous.
