meditation would be simply letting go of all thoughts, memories, feelings, expectations and sinking back into just the sense of being. The more we do this, fewer and fewer experiences have the capacity to take us away from that. So it seems like a very small thing, just returning to one's essential being, the essential i am, and living from that as that. But it has a profound effect on, it would have a profound effect in relation to sports, but bu atr on relationships, on on every aspect abd one's life,. I completely agree.
