The Importance of Organic Systems in Movements
This is number five, I think, organic systems. And there's never been a movement without five. It doesn't happen. So it's a critical feature. Next one: liminality and communitize. This is the form of community that develops in the context of risk, danger, ordeal, challenge. If you don't look after structure, if you don't attend to structure, it will attend to you. You can try and do change and as much as you want to be done, change the structures, you won't change. That's an important issue.
