Tara Grant has been missing for 18 days. The County Sheriff's Department says it will do an all-out search for Tara this weekend. Sheila Warner spotted a one-gallon ziplock bag tucked under a tree in the woods. She said there was bright red blood in the bag, which stood out like a sore thumb.
