The whole system is stressed yes the whole system is more expensive overall uh just grossly speaking we can assume just from the fed funds rate going from two to five or whether it was actually a rise in interest rates, but yeah there has been this huge increase and I think people are starting to realize how bad things could be if something goes wrong.
