The Decline of the Coal Market
There's no financing for that one fifth of the market that's traded as well right. That also is having an impact on you know you're not seeing many different coal traders bring up all these large trading houses look to rebuild teams they might have jettisoned over the last decade or so. The whole system is stressed yes the whole system is more expensive overall uh just grossly speaking we can assume just from the fed funds rate going from two to five or whether it was actually a rise in interest rates, but yeah there has been this huge increase and I think people are starting to realize how bad things could be if something goes wrong.
