How to Get More Sleep and a Better Life

One thing that seems to work for a lot of people is the one-minute rule this is the rule that if there's anything you can do unless the minute you do it without delay. If you're having trouble getting enough sleep shut an alarm most adults need seven hours of sleep most adults know what time they're gonna get up in the morning do the math Give yourself an alarm give yourself a bedtime so it's not like oh I go to bed when I'm tired it's like my bedtime is 10 30 and then and you might even need a snooze alarm just like you have.
