Ian Bremer, president of the Eurasia group: The main takeaway is that President Xi Jinping decided to meet with Tony Blinken. He says it's an intentional and symbolically important move by the Chinese government as a sign they want to continue to work constructively on the U.S.-China relationship. But there was no progress on that, according to the Secretary.
