The Problem With Lizardman

I'm not convinced that this statue of David thing is actually a lizard man. I think the correct way to handle it would be for the super intended to ignore it. The problem is that now people feel threatened by this small minority. As Duncan says, the more people are told if you participate in the system and do everything 100 percent by the book, they might still randomly attract Sauron's eye.
