Gary Neville was asked about the impact of Saudi Arabia's money on the Premier League, and whether it should be regulated. The former Manchester United boss said he had no problem with them taking five players from one club to another - Newcastle. He added that if they were pulling five players out of one club and they've got a financial investment and stake in that club then that should be looked at just to make sure that there isn't anything inappropriate going on. 'I owe money from English businesses, and I've got issues with English government,' says Neville.
