Grow is a half day workshop broken up into three one hour sessions. It's designed to give people the chance to work on their habits in the flow of work. Buc: Experiment, value, progress and learn from others are my 3 daily habits. Jeff: If youhave anything to add about the habits there, but i know you live it every days, go ahead absolutely. We'll start off with easy experiments. Buc: You can get a lot more behavior change done if you focus on a few simple things that you ask people to do.
