i'm going to have to mix things up if i want to hit my exercise goals. There might be days that id just do some stuff on the treadmill and catch up on night flicks, or take a walk around my neighborhood. Even something like gardening gets you out and active. It's all about raising your heart ragte and creating those good brain chemicals. If you are just getting started into exercise or coming back from a long break, make sure that you are easing yourself into your programme. This can be tricky for us sometimes, because i've ly put money down on something with the idea that because i spent money on it, i was more likely to get my butt to the class
