Is China Constrained by So Many Regulations?

There are many companies within China, which I mean, all this started with China itself saying that they want to do things on their own. And US is basically, you can also say that US is fulfilling China's wishes. But what I would say is that it will be very difficult for China to catch up in the short term. It will definitely like over the next few years, I think US will still be able to maintain the edge over China in this sector.
