I Don't Know - It's Not Your Job to Make All the Decisions
Leaders struggle because there's something innate in us, a high degree of responsibility perhaps, that it's the ownership principle. We feel like that to say, I don't know, is not a sign of weakness. And so when we come and we have to communicate,. we don't have all the answers, we somehow feel like a derelict of our leadership responsibilities. It's really easy to pick on the egotistical ones, right? Yeah.
