Yonkers Police Commissioner John Muller
John muller became a cop in the early nineties first in new york city, then in yonkers, where he's from. He wants his cops to focus only on people they know are committing crimes, not do random stops and searches. Precision policing is based on the position that the overwhelming majority of people don't commit crime. Arya Smone also calls herself a policing nert. Has a graduate degree in criminology. And after we meet muller, the two of them get into this big debate about whether it works.
