How Do You Get Your First 10 Customers?

It took so many, like six, seven months just to get the software into a good spot. Even when we did lead shark, it cost us 75, 80 K to end by the time we launched it barely worked. It still costs probably 40, 50 grand of just, was that your first? Uh, your first call. Did you give him a bad spec? What advice would you give someone else working with somebody like a meat in terms of getting an MVP live quickly? I have no idea.
