It doesn't take long at all to make one of these vaccines, but it's really important to note the development of the formula for the vaccine is much briefer than the time necessary. What you described sounds a whole lot more expensive than just building the capacity to make m r nda vacines in very quickly in various places throughout the world. So wouldn't it be beneficial to do the deep vision work to find the plausible bad guys and to just stock pile billions, or hundreds of millions, r whatever the appropriate number is?
