Early Connections to the Christian Church in Persia

There was a jewish group in ethiopia. There was travel and communication back and forth. And so probably there were jewish converts who were early conduits. Another place where the faith gained a foothold, but certainly never became official, was in the persian empire. According to the new testament, there were persian apostles present at the pentecost. So it seems there is certainly evidence of early connections,. of persians being aware and interested in the christian church.
