And it just works, you could map that to engineering that ultimately owns feasibility. On the metrics side we have, again, positive emotionalresponse can be maps to qualitative data surveys and customer interviews,. Research, exceeding expectation you can measure that with quantitative data. So these are just examples but it's kind of one take on what are the components of delight, how do they match with emotion?
