Blackstone Capital Structure

There are so many things that carry over from one thing to another. What are you paying? What's the structure of the deal? How is it financed? I'd say those are all similar, whether you're talking about companies that make something or companies that own real estate or real estate assets. A big part of it also, though, is the capital structure you set up. Is it able to withstand anything that can come your way, including tough environments that you might not control?
