How Do You Drive Innovation Out of India?
When people think about geographies like India or Mexico, I think oftentimes for multinationals that are based in the West, one would immediately assume that those are outsourced providers. As you point out, most of IT within your organization is in source. And so we've really been focused on how do we drive innovation out of these centers rather than being at a low cost labor arbitrage play. There's a lot of brilliance everywhere in the world, but I think it's an under tapped market.
