Is It Important to Have Non Official Covers in the Russian Government?
These agents ar non official covers. I'm assuming, unlike a regular case officer, they're probably less likely to be handling other assets with what kind of tasks would somebody who's got none official cover be up to? Ye. I think this is where the corporate and private sector information acquisition really becomes important. These individuals may be very well placed in private entities that don't have necessarily classified information,. but information that's still of significant value to the russian government.
