The Pidantic Dash Cor?

Pidantic is being re-written in rust. There are no plans for breaking changes, but the core of pidantic will now be written in rust. The new code base has been called 'pydantic dash cor' It uses three a library to bindingo to write rust codes. And it can serialize data using pyson's date and alodation system.
