I would say at a minimum, you will need to spend some money on all of those. You probably do have already a webcam that you use for Zoom or WebEx or whatever. Microphone, not everyone does have a high quality microphone. And then depending on what tool you want to use for video editing, the standard price if it's yearly fee is around a couple of hundred dollars a year.
