Sally Kohn: For someone who's never meditated before and they're confused, I know there's so many different modalities. So what do you suggest to the listener who's new to meditation or is nevermeditated before? How did they begin? She says go into it completely open and just feel your way through it first off but as far as the actual performance element of it, also lower the stakes. It's a slow gradual process that really can last your entire lifetime. The experience is going to be what your experience is like and it's different for everyone.
