Mark Masters wrote a book about the history of the cassette tape that I got to read an advanced copy of. It's such a great book and people are really going to appreciate because it's the adventure. Music was in the hands of the people with the cassette for the first time ever. You buy a cassette. You don't like it, you pop the tab and you tape over it. Freedom. The cassettes freed people from the vinyl being the only means of mass distribution.
