Max Williams is our other partner here at Olive Bridge Partners. He's a chemical engineer who spent three years at McKinsey and we met a long time ago whenever I was interviewing UT undergrads. And then I'm just really kind of the roll up your sleeves, get deep in the ops type thing. That's kind of my role in the trio.
