The biggest benefit is deferring capital gains. They get to break it up into installments in the same schedule that they're cllecting payments from us. And so if it's over ten years, 15 years, i mean, i'm doing some of the deals, 15 year payments, they get to spread those over 15 years. So for them, like sell the business and having a note payment on something they know and trust and they understand, is very appealing compared to the alternatives. Were one of the top performers in the brand. They trust that we're gongto make the stores profitable and come cash low. And i we're good for the money.
