The Role of the Plant on the Grid

If you're building a new gas plant, new gas fired plant specifically one that is over 300 megawatts which is most of them at least the bigger ones and is operating at 50% plus capacity factor. Then basically by middle of the next decade you either need to be doing 90% CO2 capture or you need to be firing almost exclusively with hydrogen. So if you have 200 megawatt units at a gas plant you are not subject to this. As you see there's weird little nuances. I'm interested in the ways that you might get around this.
