Are Baptists and Presbyterians Brothers and Sisters in the Pentecostal Church?

The charismatic slaps Pentecostal Church is one of the biggest traditions worldwide. To completely reject that any of those people are believers is definitely, like you said, painting a really broad brush. I think Christians can be in a lot of error and still be Christians.
