The Enneagram: A Time Machine
The Enneagram is like a time machine and the arrow against is going when you go against the arrow, it's a little like you're going back in time. The arrows that call for security and stress need to be voluntary movements that we take in with conscious intention. So instead of seeing them as something that just kind of happens to you when you're in conditions of security or stress, these are developmental opportunities. For some this means getting into our own discord for some and grow up.
