The Impact of Lap Tops on Energy Consumption

i wonder if lap tops have had a measurable impact on energy usage across the industry. Instead of these 65 atet processors everywhere, they've been basically replaced with 15, 25 wats instead. Three out of the four of us are using a lamp top as our personal machines now. There's more of a push towards thinking about sustain ability from a lot of these tteams. But it feels like that's going to be another years before arm is dominant.
