How to Grow a Marketplace at a Faster Rate
A lot of people contact me because I'm known in the marketplace world. And they say, hey, I'm building a marketplace. It's going to be harder than you think it is. Because unlike, let's say you were going to build a dollar shave club or something like that, what's nice about that business is you control one side of the equation. You control the supply. Now you have to go bring demand. So trying to climb the ladder on demand and supply at the same at a similar rate is challenging.
