"People need to get paid and maybe it's the first contract they've got in a while," he says. "It's kind of like I used to buy in a house analogy, would you go and buy the house and get the mortgage without going to see it first? Some people do... And does it work out for them?" He adds: "I probably won't because it scares the shit out of me."
