The coast theorem is the idea that we interact with each other in intricate and and responsive ways. A leaf blower or peeping truck can agitate you without you realizing it. Thet things that affect one person yield a response that isn't just the fact that the noise is there, or that you can be careful. We know that it is harder for kids to learn in a noisier placeyou now,. again, they can hear the teacher, but their learning has a deep effect on us.
