Radio Star - What a Culture Shop
Out of the 70 to a hundred interns that i had during the 15 years, only four really had the goods to go all the way. And for me, that person needs to be able to engineer, technicallya handling the session by engineering good sounds. And also has to be a people person that can communicate and draw out great performances. A lot of em were great engineers,. but there was only just less than a handful that could do everything. What a culture shop, going from los angeles to weed, yes.
