The Four-Day Work Week and the Competitive Talent Market

The agency industry is not embracing the four-day work week because we are not incentivized to embrace it at all. We're incentivized to maximize the utilization of our team and that incentive actually gets stronger the less we couple our time to hours if that makes sense. I don't see this competition for talent going away anytime soon. There's an emerging space in AI where people are getting paid a lot of money and skill sets are very valuable.
